DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Australia Post Standard Shipping
• L’BOUGE offers free standard shipping within Australia, no minimum purchase required
• Once dispatched, Australia Post provides full tracking details
• You can expect your order to arrive between 2-7 business days.

Australia Post Express Shipping
• $15 express flat rate shipping within Australia
• Once dispatched,Australia Post provides full tracking details.
• You can expect your order to arrive between 1-2 business days.

We do NOT ship orders to a PO BOX. For security purposes, all orders will require a signature upon delivery. We cannot leave your delivery unattended. If you are absent from the delivery address during the delivery attempt, your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection. Regrettably, we cannot arrange for the redelivery of your order. Any uncollected packages will be returned to our warehouse.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We know waiting is no fun, which is why we aim to dispatch your order by the next Business Day. Our Warehouse operates Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), so orders made outside of these days will be dispatched on the next available business day.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Domestic Orders:

All orders shipped through our express and standard shipping options are fully trackable. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking information straight to your email. To monitor the progress of your delivery visit the Australia Post website and enter your tracking number.

For security purposes, all orders will require a signature upon delivery. We cannot leave your delivery unattended. If you are absent from the delivery address during the delivery attempt, Australia Post will leave a card notifying you of attempted delivery. Your parcel will then be returned and held at your local Australia Post office for collection. Regrettably, we cannot arrange for the redelivery of your order. Any uncollected packages will be returned to our warehouse.

International Orders:

For International orders, you can track your parcel by visiting the DHL website in your country and entering the tracking details sent to your email.

For security purposes, all orders will require a signature upon delivery. We cannot leave your delivery unattended. If you are absent from the delivery address during the delivery attempt, your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection. Regrettably, we cannot arrange for the redelivery of your order. Any uncollected packages will be returned to our warehouse.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

L’BOUGE bears no liability for orders misplaced or damaged during the shipping process by Australia Post or DHL. Should you require additional information, please reach out to our support team via email at support@lbouge.com

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all applicable import duties, as well as any local taxes, imposed by the country of delivery.

In the event of a refund, the customer will bear the return shipping costs, as well as any applicable tax and duty charges.
