RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Domestic Returns:
• To expedite the processing of your request, please download and fill out our online Returns Form, ensuring it is included with your return package along with a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.
• The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• For returns within Australia: Upon approval, you'll receive an email notification guiding you to make payment for an Australia Post returns label. After payment, the returns label will be emailed to you.
• Kindly pack the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in a suitable postage bag or box.
• Once we receive your return at our warehouse, your refund, exchange, or credit will be processed within 7-10 business days, and you'll receive an email notification.
*Please note, item(s) labelled 'FINAL SALE' are non-refundable, except in the unlikelihood of a product defect*

International Returns:

• The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Upon approval, please send your item(s) via registered and trackable shipping company of your choice to our address found on our Returns Form
• Kindly pack the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in a suitable postage bag or box.
• Once we receive your return at our warehouse, your refund, exchange, or credit will be processed within 7-10 business days, and you'll receive an email notification.

RETURNS POLICY

1. Item(s) must be returned with its Return Form and copy of invoice for proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your order in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, unaltered and with all the tags attached.
2. Unfortunately, for hygiene purposes, we are unable to process exchanges or refunds for underwear or socks unless they are deemed faulty.
3. All item(s) must have all L’BOUGE swing tags still attached.
4. The shipping and handling charges for returns to L’BOUGE are your responsibility. Returns and exchanges must be paid in advance and sent via a trackable method. We encourage using registered mail when returning orders and using appropriate packaging that is sealed securely. L’BOUGE is not liable for any lost or damaged garments during the return process.
5. L’BOUGE offers complimentary shipping and handling for exchanges, excluding international duties, taxes, and fees.
6. Upon receipt of the item(s), please allow up to 7 business days for the refund (excluding shipping cost) to be processed and credited to your account. Please note that while we strive to accommodate exchanges, availability of requested items is not always guaranteed. If your selected item is out of stock during processing, a member of our team will contact you via email to discuss alternative options.
7. Returns that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
8. We take care to represent the colours of our products accurately on our website. However, due to variations in computer monitors, we cannot ensure that your monitor will display every colour with complete accuracy.
9. Shipping fees for international orders do not cover potential taxes and duties that customs authorities may impose in the destination country. Any customs duties, foreign taxes, or additional fees levied are the responsibility of the customer.
10. In the rare event of a faulty item, please return it to us with the reason for the return clearly stated on the returns form, allowing us to evaluate the issue. If the item is deemed faulty, we will promptly send you a replacement.
